I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Ruoff and Shanna. We worked with Shanna on the purchase of our home and a refinance and both times she exceeded any expectations. Shanna was highly responsive to calls/emails and very knowledgeable with any questions we had. We definitely will reach out to Shanna with any future needs and highly recommend her anyone.

DO NOT use Shanna! Ruoff mortgage itself was fine, but Shanna made a lot of promises she could not keep, set unrealistic expectations for my husband and I, and was never at the office to answer my questions. It was our first time buying a home and because of her the process to even get preapproved took a month and closing took 2. We were NOT happy with her service
Hands down the best place to go if you are looking to buy a home! Christy Linn was so helpful and she's also an amazing person as well!
