Julie was wonderful to work with and helped guide us through the whole process. Several staff members from Ruoff emailed us to check in during the process, send reminders of documents and signatures needed to help keep us on track to closing on our house as quickly as possible. The App made it easy to check off everything needing done and being able to view all documents submitted.
I worked with Rusty Darner at Ruoff Mortgage while buying my new home and although the process wasn't smooth sailing from the beginning, he made sure to keep in constant contact with me regarding every step of my file. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ruoff, and my contact there, Dawn.
