This was my very first mortgage and I was out of state the whole time. Lori was fabulous in doing all the work, answering questions immediately and she was so nice! I had no idea what to expect and it was entirely painless for me and soo fast. They even made it so I could sign the papers remote and not have to make an extra trip back home. Heather was so friendly and helpful as well, she got stuck working with me through the underwriting!! Hands down folks, just use this company!!
