Amy was awesome and I would recommend her to my closest friends and family. The only issue with my experience is that as soon as the loan was closed, my loan was sold and transferred to another company. I have great record so my guess is that it was just business. I did received an email, but that was so impersonal. I would have done so much business with Ruoff but now I can’t because I am no longer their client. I have now bought two homes through Ruoff and Amy Schroeder. I truly don’t believe either of my homes (one way under appraised and one had an extremely difficult builder) would have closed on time or gone as stress free if I didn’t work with her!
