Everything about my experience with Ruoff has been nothing short of amazing. I started with Bryan Just and when he was unable to take care of my loan due to timing I was switched to Brian Just. Both has been fantastic answering all of my questions and fulfilling my needs. Brian walked me through step by step all of the information I needed to know and talked with any concerns I had. I just love the Loan Butler portal, it made everything so much smoother, easier, and easy to read. I would recommend Brian and Ruoff every time.
Working with Kevin was simple and fast. I was in the middle of a divorce during this mortgage process. Kevin was able to advise me on how to get a loan while still managing the divorce and still owning my previous home. He was prompt on every communications.
