I am a wheelchair bound quadriplegic and found a ranch style one story home available through Rush Residential in Puyallup. I was able to purchase the home before any construction began. During the design meeting in July 2023, I made requests for accessible accommodations (see attached photos and documents). I was billed just under $24k for all requested accommodations and upgrades.
