I had a furnace replaced in my home a complete furnace. I initially found them through American. Home Shield and I have to say the service is outstanding. American Home Shield assigned Rush Heating & Cooling for my AC maintenance. They charged me before even showing up, and did zero work. The tech they sent couldn’t access my rooftop unit (even though there was a ladder) due to his size. He told me to call AHS to reschedule, but then Rush falsely marked the job as completed. Total scam. Also, the woman who handles their scheduling has zero phone etiquette—talks a mile a minute and hangs up before you can even respond. The tech was very professional. He was on time, asked if I'd like for hom to put on shoe covers, and takes pride in his work. I told him what my issue was and he took it from there. He addressed my issue in a timely manner explained the what and what knots. I'd give this Eric a perfect 10. Thank you for sending that particular tech to address my issues.
They canceled and reschedule several appointments, with very little excuse at all. Finally showed up for the service appointment with the service guy inadequately prepared. Tried to charge me a lot of money and then after I went to complain to the warranty company they canceled the call completely
Rush Heating & Cooling have been servicing my furnace for a couple of years. They have always provided excellent service and they are reliable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a excellent HVAC company!
