I had a furnace replaced in my home a complete furnace. I initially found them through American. Home Shield and I have to say the service is outstanding. The young lady that initially takes the request is so professional so nice so knowledgeable and helpful. The follow-through was amazing. The tech was very professional. He was on time, asked if I'd like for hom to put on shoe covers, and takes pride in his work. I told him what my issue was and he took it from there. He addressed my issue in a timely manner explained the what and what knots. I'd give this Eric a perfect 10. Thank you for sending that particular tech to address my issues.
They canceled and reschedule several appointments, with very little excuse at all. Finally showed up for the service appointment with the service guy inadequately prepared. Tried to charge me a lot of money and then after I went to complain to the warranty company they canceled the call completely
The technician was nice, but seemed rushed. He didn't do all of the things that other techs have done and that I thought were customary, but maybe they aren't. He didn't go inside to check the machinery, instead he just asked if my filter was clean and when I told him yeah, I changed it monthly--he was satisfied with that response.
I had a positive experience with Rush Heating and Cooling. I was having an issue with my furnance and they were able to come out the next day to assess the situation. It was ny inducer motor. I had to wait for the part to come in, but when it did, they came right out to replace it.
