Great job!!!! I have had and currently have other mortgage company's and by far this Rushmore experience has far surpassed my previous experiences and my other mortgage providers. The team members i spoke to were courteous and professional. The thing i liked the most is that i felt like there was genuine concern and desire to make sure the reason i was calling was handled promptly and to my level of satisfaction. I felt like i went back in time to when companies used to provide customer service and worry about customer satisfaction. It would appear at least the two professionals i spoke with were highly in tune with providing quality services and keeping me satisfied as a customer.
