I was absolutely pleased with the care I recieved at Rusk. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy were essential in my journey of healing and becoming independent again. Nothing but praise for everyone at the facility. Thank you for your encouragement and the positive attitudes daily, it made a huge difference!

My time at Rusk was outstanding! All of the staff were so kind and treated me so well. I want to thank the Drs, OT Therapists, PT Therapists, Nurses, PT Care Technicians and Administrative Staff and Housekeeping and Dietary Staff. I came out of Rusk much better than I went in. I would highly recommend Rusk for anyone needing Physical Medicine Rehab Therapy. And they had the best food of any hospital I have ever been admitted to! Thanks Rusk Staff for all you did for me!

Great place for rehab, and food was delicious. Staff was very friendly ,and alert. Medicines are given on time. Very nice clean structure. Dr's are always quick to respond. This place would have gotten a 5 but I'm going to be honest. They need to update their choice of types of patients they can not care for. Was moved there setting in then next 3 days informed me that their policy had changed. If you are on any type of ventilation system they can not take. I'm telling my story because I loved it there. The therapists were fantastic! They were very professional but extremely caring. They worked with me and my wife to educate us for when I could go home. There were a few good nurses but on the whole the nursing staff was terrible. If you have someone at Rusk I would recommend you have someone stay with you especially at night.

Therapy staff is top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Nursing staff is excellent and caring. The Doctors take the time to explain what is going on and actually listen to your fears or concerns. I didn't meet one staff member from any department that wasn't helpful and friendly. There was a comfortable, friendly report with the other patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for motivating me to do better.
