Russ and team were great to work with. They made a complicated process pretty easy. The only feedback that I would share for improvement, would be for the client/borrower to receive a heads up before the email is sent with prompts the need to share banking information. It came from a different email address than the other requests for information, so I was unsure of its legitimacy.
