My son had his 4 wisdom teeth removed Monday. The office staff was great, the procedure took less time than discussed, and after we got home, I had a few questions about aftercare and the staff was very patient and seemed happy to help. My son had been anxious beforehand, but the experience went smoothly. The following day, I mentioned to a neighbor that my son had the procedure. She was 36, and asked if it was Dr. Cunningham. Dr. Cunningham and his team are more than wonderful, very caring and professional. I never had such a positive experience at the Dentist.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the office staff and Dr Cunningham made me so comfortable and took amazing care of me. Highly recommend to everyone
I must admit, when I saw the negative review left by another patient I almost made my appointment elsewhere, but Dr. Cunningham came highly recommended by my dentist(whom I trust) and I am SO glad I made my appointment with him! He and his team went to great lengths to make sure they answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My daughter suffers from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Health Anxiety and needed wisdom teeth extraction and a painful cyst removed. I made an appointment with Dr. Cunningham because their office advertises specializing in treating anxious patients. In full disclosure, we had recently visited the San Marcos location and my daughter could not go through with it.
