Great experience here and sad I had to leave. Had a toy hauler and utility trailer stored in a covered space for both. The only reason I left was to bring both of my trailers closer to home. Pricing was on point and more importantly whenever I needed to speak with someone, service was impeccable. Bill is fantastic to work with and made sure everything was as smooth as can be. Thank you!!

There was no one in the office. Elizabeth at Customer Service was able to sign me up and get my paperwork done. She was helpful with what she could do. There was not a map available. I had to wander around looking for my space. Hopefully, no one gets assigned to park in front of me.I had to park my trailer along side a block fence. With another trailer hitch within inches of the rear of my trailer. Luckily there was a space between me and the next occupied site.

I could not have been more pleased and impressed with the professionalism that Bill Schreiber demonstrated at the El Mir storage facility in El Mirage, AZ. Bill was able to get me an into N double lot accommodating, my large RV and 24 foot additional trailer without having to disconnect and park them separately. He also offered me the ongoing 90 day sign up discount at 50%. I could not have been more pleased with Bill and his knowledge and his willingness to go with me into details about the facility. Thanks, Bill.

Prices went up a lot over last 18 months. Not paved so your camper will always be dirty when picking up. Last bill was 168 per month uncovered in a dirt lot… way to much for that

Location is easy to access and plenty of room for trailer. Sites are wide enough to open slide outs. Both customer service and location staff very friendly and helpful!
