Storage was what expected staff good. Told person in office when I was leaving, called Storage pro and told person when I was leaving, told it was taken care of. Received notice of overdue charges and bill for next month, after I left before end of month. Was told that the day I left I had to tell them again. After calling and speaking to several people believe it was fixed.
An amazing easy experience, recently purchased a new boat and brought it here to have stored while working on it and tom helped me out alot and made the visit a delight. I'll be a customer for a long time and would highly recommend to all
My experience with El Mir RV and Boat Storage was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everybody. Loved the service.
This place used to be great. Now new people have taken over and the guy in the office is rude and so is the guy in the background. I took my rv out because of this. One bill I got was large they said oh sorry we didn’t bill for taxes and backdated months and charged all In one bill. They should have ate that and not Expect all Of the customers to get one large bill. Things started changing slowly I would never come back here under the current office people. Tom helped me and was very helpful and took the time to walk out in the heat to make sure my spot was available. Very nice guy and place!
