Purchasing our new Crusader from Canberra RV World was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Nothing was too difficult for Michael to assist with and his ability to guide us through our requirements and wish list was first class. A great experience with RV World and we have no hesitation to recommend both the Company and Crusader.
Staff were excellent and listened to my wish list. They were able to supply a caravan perfectly suited to my needs
2 of 4 issues logged were not addressed. They tightened and sealed the wrong pvc pipe on my grey water tank and did not seal a water leak that I pointed out and consequently sealed myself. I was disappointed considering the charge.
Anthony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reputable service!
