I need my airconditioner replaced before 14/2/26 as I am meeting my sister at Streaky Bay S.A and thought it would be too short of time but the guys at Canberra RV world service centre 12 Raws circuit at Hume said if you can bring your caravan in today we will fit a new airconditioner and they did. I am a first time customer to RV world Canberra, who did a full and comprehensive roof restoration on my 2007 leisure seeker...(replacement of rubber membrane, repaint, reseal with hatches etc) from which I give my highest commendation. A very big thank you to Paul, Doug and the team! After some "ordinary" service/warranty experiences from the Sydney dealer who sold us our new Crusader we decided the drive to Canberra would be worth it. For the first time since we took delivery of our new van 7 months ago we feel confident with the quality of work, the professionalism of the team, and their friendliness/helpfulness. Will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone who'll listen. If/when we buy another van will certainly start with RV World.
