I’ve enjoyed RW flooring. Been visiting for a few years now even with their formal name mastercraft. Jonathon and crew not only are responsive but will go out of their way to make sure they have items readily available. Javier and David are knowledgeable front desk and I appreciate the first name basis. Please continue the good work and you have a long time customer.
There are only 3 serious wood flooring suppliers in the St. Louis area. Two of them are 20 miles away, R & W is 1 mile away. However, I do 90% of my business with R & W NOT because they are close by and convenient, but because they take great care of me. They EARNED my business and look forward to continuing our relationship into the future.
Had a great experience shopping here, had no knowledge of finishing wood floors and they were very helpful, informative and welcoming. They helped me pick the right finish for my floors and gave me advice. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all and would highly recommend this place to others.
The customer service was absolutely amazing. As a brand new customer they treated me and my entire remodeling company as though we had been with them for 100 years. So glad we now use them for all of our flooring needs.
