I've never had such a deeply traumatic experience with a therapist before. Ryan seemed to think that my problem was that I don't try hard enough - not that I'm low on capacity, chronically fatigued, or deeply depressed. I just needed to "commit," as he put it. Ryan is a great person. Who cares about everything I am dealing with . He is so easy to confide in. He has the biggest heart. He gives me encouragement.He lets me know that I can do whatever I need to do. He's patient and he's kind. He tells me what I need to hear about myself and about the situation. Which I love.
