Absolutely rude office staff. The lady I talked to was very unprofessional and rude. I will never visit this office. Management needs to take a serious look at their office staff. I usually do not leave reviews, but I made a Yelp account just for this office. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'll tell you how they could improve! Fire the dentist and get a new one! This dentist was so condescending and arrogant! Most people consider going to the dentist a luxury not a necessity over buying groceries and keeping the lights on then to have this guy treating people like he's above everyone and we're all crap on his shoes!!! He should be ashamed of himself and seriously needs empathy training... Either change or get out of the business!

Working with Aspen Dental has been a nightmare. To begin with, the Dentist I saw was a Arrogant, self importantl Jerk, who would not listen to my wants. They did minor work on a bridge, which promptly fell out when I was on the way home. They have overbillled me and it is impossible to reach them. I tried calling them 3 times Each time I spent 10 to 15 minutes on hold. Forget these people.

Horrible, don't waste your time. First initial appointment I had back in October. I was waiting over 45mins to be seen/have my scans done. Then they scheduled me 3 months out in January for their next available time for a filling and scheduled a routine cleaning as well for March...2 days before my filling apt they cancelled and told me i need to reschedule (mind you, you pay up front for this. So i paid back in October). I got a refund and did not reschedule here. Now fast forward to March for the routine cleaning. They cal... read more

We got in quick, so that's a star, and the dentist was nice. Otherwise. Avoid this place at all costs. They have predatory tactics for care: they stopped halfway through my husband getting a tooth pulled to have him apply for care credit before they would finish. The care credit prepaid for an appointment and dental equipment two months later. Avoid! I wished I'd done more research. He was in such pain and I went with the first thing we found. Mistakes were made

I totally agree with absolutely every point made here by literally *every* other reviewer who gave the place one or two stars. They at Aspen Dental are mean, shiftless, as if we're here to please them or get out of their way. To call it a shame-free and judgement-free zone is a huge joke. They should be locked up for insurance violations and financial fraud, more! I must've had the same condescending "tall Dentist" that TIna M, another reviewer had . Overpriced. Disorganized. Also, I'm not sure if he's still there, but the tall male dentist is incredibly condescending.

Don't know where to start. I went to them because I thought with all of the insurance I had, I would be able to get more service. I have pretty bad teeth due to nervous grinding and the medications I take. I waited months for an appointment. They were overworked and understaffed. I had x-rays. I saw what I think was a dentist for about 5 to 10 minutes. She looked in my mouth and called all the issues to the assistant. She gave me a treatment plan going forward. Well was coming to leave a bad review but it looks like everyone else already has. And with that being said y'all might as well close your doors And all go take a class on customer service. everyone.. literally everyone is rude. For no reason. Next i will not keep my mouth shut y'all will hear It.
