I have never been so appalled by a dental service in my entire life. My husband had to have several teeth extracted in order to get a set of dentures. Five teeth were being pulled including a wisdom tooth the doctor who attempted to pull my husbands teeth broke every last tooth while trying to extract these teeth it was so so bad that another doctor had to be called in to finish this nightmare. When I tried to get dental services with Aspen Dental, I had to ask them to accommodate my ADA disability. Instead of attempting to help me gain access, they asked me if I had insurance and then told me to call my dental insurance to ask them for suggestions where to get dental care. This is blatant discrimination against someone with a disability. All places of public accommodation are required to be accessible to people with disabilities, not tell me where else to go for care. I'd do 0 stars if I could. If you have an emergency DO NOT go here, chances are they won't be able to get you in. And if they do it's ONLY for X-ray. The lady at the front desk is rude as all can be, do not advertise were here to help when you guys shut me down and said you couldn't help. So messed up I'll be letting my family know as well- as they were the ones who referred me in the first place.

I went due to bridge needing new post that broke. Started well I thought got X-rays put in room to get exam and hygienist was very rough. I jumped a few times and she just kept hurting and jabbing pick into my gums. Then an older lady with grey hair was rud. She said hey Buddy you should take better care of your teeth. Maybe I should but I was not her Buddy. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to my dog. I found the staff to be highly standoffish when asking for clarification and alignment on services to be provided. During X-rays when I asked to use a smaller bite wing the hygienist became argumentative and refused to get different equipment causing significant discomfort during the procedure. The dentist barely checked inside my mouth in the 30 seconds that he was at my chair. The office claimed that appointments never come with cleaning even though I scheduled a cleaning over the phone.

Would not recommend, unless you like waiting 45 minutes for an appointment you had scheduled and watching other people who didn't have an appointment go ahead of you... when I asked the receptionist why other people we're going ahead of me she said it was because "they were setting up my x-rays" and that it was "out of her control". Which in my opinion is very unprofessional. Also, I was in for a teeth cleaning and could have been started with that if they were behind on the x-ray machine. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL SERVICES. If I could rate this place a solid 0 I would! For one, they make you pay for your services before you have them (cleaning, fillings, etc.), so that you cannot go somewhere else if you are unsatisfied with them. COMMITTED MALPRACTICE during my dental cleaning- I am highly allergic to Doxycycline, which is noted in my health record that the dentist and hygienist sees, and the scheduler did not take out Atridox (a Doxycycline antibiotic that is placed in your gum and... read more

The dental assistant I had was very rude and didn't care about how rough she was being.

My insurance covers my visits 100%. This time it was going to cost me 44.00$ for flouride treatment. I told them to take that off.(we can do that,geez.)went back to the dentist chair which was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever been in.The floor around the chair was filthy.
