This place is the biggest joke in the dentistry profession. They lure you in by very deceiving ads. The majority of the people that work there are untrained and uneducated, or at least that is how they present themselves. Plan on a long appointment date just to get initiately seen by a dentist, then you will have to wait a couple more weeks for any work to proceed. I recently went for a new patient apt and upon receiving my X-rays they informed me that I needed multiple fillings. I was initially surprised given I had been to the dentist twice per year for the entirety of my life and never had a filling. As such I was apprehensive and sought a second opinion. Two dentist completed an exam and determined my teeth were 100% fine and didn't require any treatment. I question Aspens ethics and will never return.

I'm have been stuck with this crap hole dentist office because of my insurance. This whole place is meant to take your money and drain whatever they can from your insurance. I watch them like hawk but I hate this place or any aspen dental in the US. From the crappy dental cleaning to the doctor sexually harassing his dental assistant while filling my cavity. Like seriously disgusting and he didn't care about my comfort. I really don't feel comfortable with treating your assistant like she is easy woman and I do not care what... read more

I took my daughter here on Tuesday 4/19/16 for a new patient appointment. Everyone was really nice that checked us in and that did her X-rays so at first I had no complaints. It wasn't until they took us to the dental chair to wait on the Doctor that we had any issue. We sat there for over 40 minutes waiting on him to come back there. But every 5 minutes another staff member would come back to tell us the doctor would only be a couple more minutes. My first and only appointment, everyone that treated me acted like it was their first day out of dental training. From the person that spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out how to do my xrays, to the person that finally looked in my mouth. I waited for over an hour in the chair to have a Dentist? come in to look at my mouth for 2 minutes and say I don't have gum disease and to go wait some more to set up my actual check up/cleaning for another day. My wife and I were patients for years. She developed an infection, they prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. She had a reaction to the pain meds, i called the dentist for help. They never returned a call. Even after two days no call. She needed a root canal, i asked for a referral to an oral surgeon....they never sent it. Assembly line medicine!!

I went to Aspen for the first time yesterday and just received an email from them that begins, "We're so glad that you're satisfied with the care that you'e [sic] received at Aspen Dental and want to thank you for agreeing to share your feedback online." I wasn't satisfied with the care that I received and at no point did I agree to share my feedback online. But since y'all insist.... Aspen will not perform a tooth cleaning on the first visit. Worst place ever, went in for a filling and they filled the wrong tooth.. And when I point that I they try to call me a liar and tried to make me pay for it, I just walked and told them that I won't be paying for your guy screw up.. Don't ever go there

I have been a patient for a few years and found Aspen to be just satisfactory. Not great, but not terrible. I called regarding a chipped tooth (an actual emergency) and was told they couldn't fit me in for several weeks. That is not okay for an emergency situation! I called my friend's highly recommended dentist. They are fitting me in tomorrow for an emergency appointment. I am done with Aspen Dental. Don't go to Aspen if you can avoid it.
