TERRIBLE!!! Scheduled an appointment for my 91 year old mother and after 45 minutes simply told the front desk that her oxygen was at 50 percent. Said it very nicely! I was told I had to RESCHEDULE her appt because HE was running late! They have NO idea how difficult it is to get someone in her condition to an appt and clearly do not care! Very unprofessional!!!
