My wife and I first met Ryan at a Homebuyer's Education Class we signed up for. We were impressed with how knowledgeable he was and approached him after the class to ask about getting pre-approved for a house loan. I Met Ryan about a year ago at a WSHFC First time home buyers seminar. Ryan was knowledgeable and answered all our questions even though we were not in a position to buy at the time. A year later he and his team helped me see my loan through to the end, and were always available or quick to respond if I had a question or concern. I can't recommend Ryan and his team more, and I will definitely be using his services again when the time comes.

The Niles Team is amazing. We did all of our pre-authorization paperwork before we even started looking at houses, so that we would be ready when we found something. Ryan was very informative, and not pushy at all. He even told us he would make more money if our loan was over a certain amount but that that was not his goal while working with us.
