Awful, truly awful experience, on multiple levels. Mindpath’s back office staff are the worst I’ve come across in the industry. They openly shrug that you’re getting threats from other parts of Mindpath for debt collection, for bills you don’t owe, because they- their own claims - need three plus months to process new health insurance. You’re insured, you’re covered, but they are so incompetent that they tell you they need over quarter of a year to do what everyone else can sort immediately with a phone call.
