Avoid at all costs. We were forced to use this cab at Sydney airport. The driver drove so slowly at around 40km through the tunnel when the speed limit was 90km heading to the south west. We asked him to speed up but he refused. There was no id number in the cab to report him and his English was so limited, it was doubtful he actually understood what we were saying. The trip cost $109!!! when the estimate was $50-60. Total ripoff. Never again!!!

Absolute disgraceful these guys are. We asked to go to Rozelle from the sofitel on the harbour. He refused then said minimum $35. So with such attitude we decided it was best not to use this guy. He also refused the customer before us!! We called an uber and that was $14 to Rozelle. These guys are the reason Uber is so successful.

Is this scam or fair price? The driver charge us $195 in receipt and found $205 was deducted from account. We are shocked.Travel was from Domestic Airport to Priston which is max 35-40 minutes drive. Taxi no. T555 from Ryde company.

My experience with Rydo has been extremely disappointing. They are consistently late, and as a result, I have missed several important appointments. Their lack of reliability has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Based on this, I would not recommend their service and will not be using them again.

DO NOT USE!!!! Absolu useless service. Pre-booked a taxi for my wife and daughter to go to swimming lessons and no one turns up! And then another driver said they can come 30 minutes later. What kind of business are you guys running? How do I get my $30 compensation for the lesson we have missed now???!!!
