I couldn't ask for a better place to have come to. My counselor is very direct and thorough. Not only does she listen, but she also suggest very helpful plans and ideas.
Wouldn’t recommend Rylee unfortunately. I only had a couple appointments with her but both times she showed up 20 minutes late (did not apologize or even acknowledge this). She is nice but she didn’t seem prepared/organized or focused during the sessions I had with her. I am only leaving this review because there is typically a lack of them when it comes to searching for new providers. My name is different here for anonymity sake.
I always look forward going to my appointments, as I feel it’s a good, safe environment to share what’s troubling me to my counselor and to receive guidance from her on how to handle my feelings and problems. As well, it’s always good to have someone else to talk about things you enjoy in general. Overall, I feel better whenever I go there and haven’t once left with a bad mood.
