I’m a physician with high expectations as a patient. This is a doctors’ doctor.
Excellent. Very knowledgeable. Listens to and addresses patients concerns. Is caring and empathetic. I was fortunate to be cared for bladder cancer by such an outstanding physician and surgeon.

We were very pleased with the outcome of the kidney stone surgery. Dr Gimenez made sure we understood all aspects of the surgery and recovery. We highly recommend her.
Had a vasectomy done by Dr. Gimenez. There was a fairly long wait, but I think that's to be expected at any doctor, especially a specialist. But the procedure was handled well, she was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable.
My only regret, is that I did not look for another Urologist sooner. This lady completely disregarded any symptom or issues I brought to her. I take no enjoyment in going to the Doctor and only made appointments when absolutely necessary. Dr. Gimenez really needs additional training on how to treat and speak to her patients. Because of her, I am having to address issues that could have been addressed years ago, if only she'd cared enough to help me get to the bottom of it, instead of disregarding everything I said. She has a lack of urgency to want to help a elderly patient. Recurring uti was the issue. i have suggested several options to try and she told me it's not needed. I had to ask her to feel the patients stomach for pain symptoms. This should have been automatically done. She also told me that death is a possibility with out even trying anything before giving that statement. I would not recommend this doctor for an elderly patient she has no urge to want to help. Death is her answer.
I just returned from my appointment with Dr. Gimenez. I lingered in the waiting room for over an hour, with no notice from the staff that I should expect a long wait, and no contact from the staff as I waited. I finally notified the staff to cancel my appointment. I left work early for my appointment, and I consider the expectation that I should wait for an extended period to be rude and disrespectful.
