It’s frustrating to call a company for service and be treated with disrespect. I had a few questions, but the person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and acted as though answering questions was an inconvenience. Customer service should make people feel valued, not uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience, and I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner throughout the call. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and will not be referring them to others.

I was stuck on the side of the road in Griffin and called this tow truck company. They showed up super fast and were really friendly. The driver took great care of my car and made sure I felt safe the whole time. Their prices were fair too, and you could tell they really cared about helping people. Highly recommend/ suggest them if you ever need a tow in Griffin Ga !!

I live in Stockbridge and needed a tow late at night when my car broke down. This towing company was amazing — they arrived quickly and were super professional. The driver was friendly and made sure my car was safely loaded and taken to the shop. Their prices were fair, and I really appreciated how they made a stressful situation so much easier. If you’re in Stockbridge and need a reliable tow, I highly recommend them!

I had a semi break down on Christmas Eve. I realize that's an unfortunate time to need a tow, but breakdowns happen at any time. Called S & P, and while trying to describe where the semi was (as I'm not familiar with GA, and was looking at a map). I get told "call me back when you know what you want" and get hung up on in the middle of my sentence! And when I do call back, I get sent to voicemail. Really rude and unprofessional. My company won't be using them in the future with short attitudes like that.

I’ve called every tow company in griffin and the quoted me over 300 for 0.6 miles I got discourage until I found s&p towing. The tow driver was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this tow company if your in griffin ga
