S3 has always been good to me. I buy winter gear for my kids from the shop every year. I don’t live in GP so I order online, items are shipped right away, returning/exchanging items is a breeze and the little extras they throw in your package are an amazing surprise. I have had staff members send me pictures of products helping me with sizing references. Love all their products! I’ve had great experiences with s3, since being the main shoe store in gp. I’m a big fan of the nyjahs , every time I’ve gone in to purchase I’ve gotten the same employee Cody. He’s helped with the process of choosing as well gives solid background and personal info. makes the process easier. I’ve now been back 3 times and have 5 pairs.
Best customer service I’ve had in years. Definitely felt heard and he genuinely cared that we we’re getting the right products for our specific needs, even if it meant they didn’t have it in stock and I couldn’t purchase that day. Answered all our questions and we had lots. Great product selection and displayed well so you can actually see sizes/prices/colours available. Great experience and will definitely be back.
Mike D was awesome to deal with and helped me pick out a wakeboard package completely over Messenger. He went so far as to dig out inventory that had been put away for the season. It was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and his eyes lit up like a child when he seen it. Thanks for such an awesome experience S3, we will be back 😊
