Rent always goes up every month. Management doesn't care about anything. Maintenance just likes to be in everyone's business and spread it. People will hurt your animals (hope karma gets them). The guys around here are in a competition with their engines. Loud music is constant even after 10pm.
If you live there and move don't expect your deposit back. They will lie to you and tell you that you will be getting it and when you don't get it back and inquire about the status of it they ignore you and don't respond. We were told we would get our deposit back and never did. When we moved they rented our place within a day because it was clean and not in need of any repairs. When we first moved in the place was great! Yards were kept up, people were friendly, complaints were taken seriously... When we moved out 20 something years later(6 managers later) the place looks awful. Yards aren't taken of, sewer grades that should not be moving are rocky, grass is growing in the street cracks and through the sidewalk... People just don't care anymore. It's sad.
Wouldn't recommend living there management is horrible.. The management will not do anything about violations of the contract you signed to live here..
