I visited this place off of such great Yelp reviews, and they definitely met quality standards. The customer service was amazing. There were two ladies that truly showed their animal-loving side when they took the few minutes to pet him and give him treats (although he didn't eat them). I instantly felt comfortable and trusted them to care for my cat just by how they treated him. We visited Sacajawea Vet Clinic for the first time and had a great experience! Dr Virgin was fantastic with my older dog and I felt very comfortable there. Can't wait to visit again!

I love these guys! We've been bringing our fur kids here for about five years now, and they have always taken such good care of all our pets! I love my pets, and I know they do too! We get top shelf treatment from all the staff: from reception, to the techs, and doctors. Highly recommended

We've been going to Sacajawea for years. There are so many wonderful things I could share about this clinic. The main reason I continue to take my dog here is that they are prompt to get us in if an issue arises, and they are also super caring. It's not uncommon to receive follow-up calls just to check in on how things are going. I brought my English Mastiff, Rosie, in for a second opinion this week on a lump removal surgery. I went from a second opinion to cancelling surgery at the previous vet and scheduling surgery here for next week. They have won me over! They listened and explained everything to me in a way my previous vet didn't. Rosie is normally stressed at the vet and very barky but here, she was surprisingly calm with the staff and Dr. Mason. We are new customers to this clinic recently. We have one by one taken both dogs and our cat to the clinic. Our older dog has arthritis issues and pain. The vet who I believe was Dr. Crouthers was very helpful and informative. Very thorough with all 3 pets. She even called our home later in the evening to go over our 2nd pet dog diet concerns and what we should do to help him lose weight and should be feeding him. The entire staff at this office go above and beyond their call of duties to make sure our two pugs get the care and attention that we feel they deserve. They are so kind and gentle to my dogs and they truly care and have passion for what they do. This has been the best clinic I've ever been to. My first experience unfortunately was an emergency run for my 12 year old cat's hearts failure. But they saw her right away with no wait and no hesitation. My dog had gone from vet to vet and no one could give him any working meds to help with his crazy flea allergy until this clinic. We have a cat that's 1 year old now, and a new kitten, so we've just been going here since getting our first cat a year ago. Haven't been to any other vets, as these are our first pets, so I can't compare it to anywhere else, but we like it, the staff is very nice, and really care about our pets. And getting on the Paw Plan is a really good deal.
