I was there today for lab work. Had the first appointment of the day, waited for 35 minutes. The reception at check in desk is always so condescending to me!!! Although the MA Cynthia did a great job taking blood from me no pain, and no bruising.
The personnel are always courteous and friendly. Today I got a shot, which was done painlessly. They are very kind and conscientious of making it as painless as possible. Thank you to the staff. See you next week.
Great experience today SHPC! The entire process was smooth and done in a timely manner. Dr Amanda was the best! She took the time to spend with me, listening to all my concerns, and addressed them all, along with any other questions I may have. She is so sweet & caring! Her assistant is awesome too! She makes you feel very comfortable, while being caring & professional. I’m very happy to find this level of care so close to home❤️❤️
I saw Dr Thomason for the first time today! She was so great. Her nurse Ashley was wonderful and informative. Dr Thomason sat with me like a long time friend. Her bedside and professionalism was top notch! I felt like I was home. Finally!!! We have found our new family practice 🥰
Amy Evans, NP and the front/back office staff are always so wonderful! I would recommend Sacred Heart Primary Care to anyone in need of a primary care doctor. It’s so easy to get an appointment and they value you as a patient. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I definitely would!
