This service is getting worse big time. I upgraded from 5 Mbps to 20 Mbps and my streaming TV or gaming keeps lagging more and more. I told a technician the Internet keeps going off randomly but he said it's old hardware. So he upgrade the hardware and still did not fix the connection issue. Like I upgrade to disconnected more often than being connected. Really bad Internet services.

I'm happy with the internet service though it does go off now and again but easy to get back on. What I'm not happy with is trying to pay my bill online. The automated lady tells me my account # is wrong so then I have to call a real person to get it done. Hassle monthly. The NM customer service man, Douglas Neilsen is a gem but he can't correct what's wrong with the billpay system. New customer.

This is the 3rd time since End of August our service hasn’t worked. Tech support is 0 help. There is no true after hours. Always told it can take 24 hours to get a response from a tech. The girls in the office are great but when there are issues it takes days. This is a nightmare with online school.

I am very pleased with the service. I am going on three years now. No issues yet. And Leandra is very nice. Professional CS at its best. Very nice and joyful. The nicest customer service I've ever had. Thank you so much SW!

My only complaint is about their customer service. They will argue with you even after you do everything they ask you to do. I repeatedly tested my connection speeds using the procedure their own tech walked me through and showed a gross deficiency in speed. I was called the next day by a customer service person that argued that the speed problem was not their fault and that the contract I signed did not guarantee the speed I was paying for.
