I closed on a house very recently and tried to open an account with the establishment and was rudely told that they will not open an account because I didn't have an utility bill from the area. I had the settlement disclosure in hand proving residency. I left and went to another credit union and was happily welcomed in and opened an account with the same documents. Just wish they were part of shared branch network. Only gave one star because I can't give a zero!
