Safe employees have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I've always been satisfied with my interaction with staff. It feels really good when I'm greeted by name even before showing my ID. I've have several incidents this month alone where I've been notified of activities on my account.. Most was my transaction. But I'm just so thankful of their prompt action they took to inform me.and the handling of my case..

Pee Poor Customer Service. Traded vehicles with local dealership and had loan processed through SAFE. Embarrassed at dealership; told SAFE rejected the loan due to outstanding balance. Charge was never substantiated and was forced to pay $55 to clear. Poor example of SAFE representative laughed at my wife, son and I. Will NEVER do business with this bank ever again.
