Safe Harbor has some wonderful counselors. The issue I have is that not all of the counselors are faith based as you are led to believe by the websites advertising. It needs to be more clear that you do not always get matched with a faith based counselor. Thankfully, I asked directly before my daughter had her first individual session. She was previously matched with a virtual counselor who was wonderful, but we were trying to find an in-person, faith based, counselor and that was not achieved. I am soo glad to have found a Christian counselor. This organization has provided me with excellent assistance and excellent mentoring and support from a seasoned Christian who understands my situations and challenges. Very thankful for this organization. May they continue to flourish and minister to those in need of Christian support during challenging seasons of life.
I may have left a review already but I'll leave another one. I find this place amazing I got matched with a fantastic therapist who makes me feel heard, understood, and have given me some really good resources. The staff that answers the phones are very professional and very polite, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone out there needing their services.
Therapy has help me through daily life and with my marriage. My therapist works with my schedule and is there for me when I need someone to listen or talk too. Safe harbor is the way to go.
Glenda Flowers is an outstanding therapist. If not for her years of listening to me I wouldn’t be able to be the woman I am today. She is by far the BEST
