They were very attentive from intake to appointment they understood that what I was going through was urgent for me personally and booked me fast. As well as very accommodating with virtual therapy. My first appointment was reassuring and my therapist was kind and encouraging as well as crafting a plan of care to my specific needs. I look forward to more appointments and progressing in my therapy.
Knowledgeable and caring team of counselors. Very professional staff. They work with great poise. Frequent surveys are offered for continuous feedback from clients, family, and staff. I am soo glad to have found a Christian counselor. This organization has provided me with excellent assistance and excellent mentoring and support from a seasoned Christian who understands my situations and challenges. Very thankful for this organization. May they continue to flourish and minister to those in need of Christian support during challenging seasons of life.
Safe Harbor has some wonderful counselors. The issue I have is that not all of the counselors are faith based as you are led to believe by the websites advertising. It needs to be more clear that you do not always get matched with a faith based counselor. Thankfully, I asked directly before my daughter had her first individual session. She was previously matched with a virtual counselor who was wonderful, but we were trying to find an in-person, faith based, counselor and that was not achieved. Therapy has help me through daily life and with my marriage. My therapist works with my schedule and is there for me when I need someone to listen or talk too. Safe harbor is the way to go.
