My doctor has without fail been available for me anytime I need and from our initial appointment has consistently created a welcoming environment allowing us to work together to achieve my goals. I can tell that my doctor genuinely cares about my wellbeing and it shows in the quality of care.
BEWARE! Every experience from making an appointment, gaining information, speaking with your therapist/np outside of you appointments is highly unlikely. I have called 10 times for the DBT Program. I have asked the therapist to have someone call me, I have asked the NP to have someone call, I have filled out the forms online, left messages. After 6 WEEKS finally received a call back.
