Jaz was hands down the best sales person I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to help client to get signed up with your company. I am a realtor. My client was moving from Massachusetts to Alabama, and Jazmaine saw that she had a smooth transaction getting signed up with ADT. I just want to say ANGELA. Has been a great help and I am so thankful she has reached out and help my husband and I provided safety to our new home. She was very helpful in providing details . She was very explanatory and I am very satisfied with ADT.
Working with ADT to secure my home, was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Najee was my rep. and he was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! He was always available to answer my questions and worked with me to help secure my home on a budget. I am recommending ADT and Najee to all my friends.
Working with Mersadies to join the ADT protected group was amazing, she was more than willing to assist with any and all questions I had. The technician that came out to my house was amazing! Manny has fantastic customer service and they both made this experience painless and enjoyable!!

We have been a customer of ADT for many years and have recently relocated from New York to Virginia. When Andre Jones stopped by to welcome us and informed us of the different plans available, without any hesitation we continued our relationship with ADT. Andre was attentive to what we said and provided a plan that met our needs. I highly recommend Andre, as he's not a pushy salesperson, provides a plan that is just what you need but also making it possible in the future to add any additional services / equipment.

I would like to commend Mersadies, My Safe Haven ADT specialist who works with Realtors, She’s very involved and proactive, with customers. I encourage Realtors to utilize these services to provide an extra sense of security to your customers when they purchase their home. Mersadies was my salesperson, she was very informative, and attentive but not pushy. She got us a great deal on our system and I would use her again in the future. installation was pretty painless and our new system works well for our current needs, and will allow for us add additional services and equipment in the future when we're ready
