The Safe Basements system made so much sense compared with the old traditional drain tiles or these new ones that go on top of the footing but don't address the water leaking in below the basement floor. After checking with the BBB and the references supplied by the contractors I went with Trebil Foundation Basement Repair Company. From the initial appointment to projection completion they were terrific to work with.
Although they were not the lowest bid we chose them because they had really great customer references. One customer said they even called back a year later to make sure everything was working right. That was the thing that made me go with Trebil, I love great customer service.
We incurred flood damage in our basement in spring of 2014; JTFSI came the following winter to install a basement sump pump and associated piping. Due to miscommunication between us, the sump pump was originally installed in the wrong place. When I described the problem to the Litchfield office, thay courteously agreed to return to reinstall the sump pump in our desired location at their own expense.
