Mike was very courteous, friendly, and he explained everything in a pleasant manner. His prices were very reasonable and competitive in comparison to other companies in the area. He gives you an estimated time frame and shows up when he says he is going to NOT 4 hours later! I would recommend this company to my family and friends!
I rented the storage at 8410 Broadband Dr, Frederick MD since 2016 due to relocation to another state for an assignment. I never missed their payments all those years. I came back and decided to vacate the unit, plan was October 30, and i informed the storage in advance, but my movers disappointed me. Movers were able to move me out 11/2/2025 in the morning. We decided to go this route when we decided to have our garage floor dug up and repoured. We fit 85% of our 3 bay garage contents in one pod. (it was packed from front to back, and top to bottom) We ended up renting it for an extra month and were not given any hassle about the extended amount of time. We had a great experience with SafeLock. Using this type of storage solution when moving is superior to renting a truck. The units are easier to load, the company transports them to your new place and you can take your time unloading them.
