Responded promptly to the phone call for services. Service provided in a timely manner and he did pool inspection too. Inspection report was sent same day. Contacted with a couple questions the following day and have been completely satisfied with his services. Gave me complete piece of mind since I am purchasing property over 700 miles from where I currently live. Highly recommend!!
I work as a project manager for a roofing company and see a lot of inspection reports of roof needs. I hired Howard to do the home inspection on the home we are trying to purchase and I can say his report was more detailed, more complete and didnt have a lot of the bull crap stuff inspectors think need to be in reports. I will be recommending Howard to anyone I come across that needs a home inspector. Very, very happy with the cost and the quality of report I received. 10/10
Safety First Home Inspection did an excellent job. He covered every area accessible to him, and provided pictures to back up his findings. Without his inspection, my agent and I would not have known the magnitude of the damage to the home. This gave us the opportunity to counter offer the purchase price with the seller. I definitely would recommend. This is a true statement.
