I previously wrote a unsatisfactory review because of unanswered phone calls, test messages, and getting unbusiness like answers. But-- a few days ago I received a call from Vern with Safeway. He apologized for the way I was treated and didn't blame me for writing an unsatisfactory review. He also took the bull by the horns and got something done. He responded with all up-dates available. I wasnt going to leave a review because mine is positive and many just think its a bogus review. I assure readers that this is very real. I have an insurance provider that only covered a really cheap support product that was recommended for me to wear. Vern asked if I could wait a day while he did some research on my insurance to see about the possibility of covering something more suited for me. Well it took about 2 days but it was worth it. Too many unanswered calls. I ordered a transport wheelchair for my husband who is a disabled veteran. Was told that the chair was being shipped from the manufacturer by UPS on 04/10/23 and my copayment would be $.XX which my credit card was given to cover the copayment. I was told if I didn't receive the chair by 04/12/23 to call them back, which I did. They told me that Daniel was sick and they would give him the message immediately. Today is the 14th of April and after many unanswered calls and sent a text message that if ... read more

This place is horrible and not helpful at all. The staff never called me back Daniel even aster speaking to my insurance for approval. They fired a lady in the store that actually tried to help me. Burn ****** the manager told me that it was none of my business when asked to speak to the owner to voice my concern. This place is horrible do not waste your time!!

Also wanted to note that the lady Monica that supposedly spoke with my insurance was fired. Daniel the sales person told my insurance that the reason he told me they didn't take my insurance is because he didn't know how to process my claim. I also wanted to note that I have a recorded video of the conversation that I had over the phone. Burn Miller the manager told me if I wanted my medial equitment so bad that I should go somewhere else and hung up on me. He is a very poor example of management.
