Hidden gem for sure. The best meal I've had in a while. Server Madi was really good. The bread appetizer is a must - the three dips it comes with are amazing (tomato type one, olive tapenade and the butter was amazing). Had the roasted chicken for meal and the flavors were spot on. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. It was delicious. Large asparagus was cooked thoroughly. Mashed potatoes were a little thin but delicious. Our table ordered bruschetta and crap dip for appetizers, both were great. The only complaint our table of 8 had was that space was tight and someone didn't enjoy their burger. Said it was dry. Overall great experience. Great bar drinks. Would definitely eat there again.

eaten here three times! love everything about it, except for the counter stools at the bar; should be bar height. our last visit was for a wine dinner, and the food and pairings were almost michelin star! its not cheap, but delicious!

Tonight we dined at Sage and Salt in downtown Winston (where Mozelles used to be), and it was an impressive experience. I ordered the roasted chicken and scallops, which were both perfectly cooked. The fried artichokes added a great crispy texture, and the pea risotto was creamy and flavorful, rounding out the dish beautifully. The drink menu was creative--I had a THC-infused mocktail that was refreshing and unique, as well as a beer that paired well with the meal. I cannot begin to express what a phenomenal meal I just had from Sage and Salt Bistro. The filet was worth every penny. The bordelaise was decadent and savory while the meat was flavorful and succulent. Our service at the bar was top notch and they left no stone unturned. If you're looking for an intimate atmosphere with extraordinary eats you will not be disappointed with this restaurant.

Incredible food, drinks, and service was an Aplus! Not only was our tuna stack, scallops, and steak delicious but also beautifully presented. Our drinks were also delicious and we tried it all from mocktails, to cocktails to cannabis cocktails which was a delicious surprise. We were too happily full for dessert but will definitely be back! A big shoutout to our server Cass! She made our evening so enjoyable and we loved how personable she was.

Food awesome, service terrible. This is the second time we went( we go out to restaurants at least 4 times a week) and the service was horrible.. Hey restaurant management, teach your servers to always check back especially if they are walking by the table. We would have totally ordered more drinks, spent more than the $105 we spent. I like the service at Mozelles and 600 way more but the food here was great.

This is amazing restaurant. We just moved here from the LA and we were very impressed by their elevated menu and wine. The people that work there are friendly and nice make you feel like you are home. We've lived here 10 days and we have been there four times . One thing the price point is high. Suzette
