If I could rate less I would!! Rachel is rude and disrespectful and treats residents like dog crap. I don't understand how she still had a job(that she doesn't do to begin with). Residents would rather deal with Beth. She does the best she can as a manager with the employees she's got. Not her fault they are crappie and useless. Some things in the park have gotten better. If she could get maintenance to do their job and Rachel would just assist instead of trying to compete. No one should be talked to the way she does.

To Whom It May Concern..... Nothing I have tried is working so let's try a review.. I am a current resident, my family & I moved in Oct 2020, brand new beautiful trailer, yes we have had a few things break, but that's what happens as the trailer shifts & settles. No problem! Central air, good heat, gets dusty but hey that's okay as well.. Staff... well, you see when asked to fix or check something out, the maintenance man is like a 8 out of 10 for him showing up.
