I am giving this motel five stars not because it is comparable to a Four Seasons Hotel, but because it is kind of a Four Seasons version of the cheap roadside motels that are all over America. The same basic floor plan, and room size, but with real thought into doing it all with a bit of class and style. 2 stars. This hotel managed to create stress before I even arrived. I was traveling for a business commitment and had been in three states in three days. On the evening of check-in, I was hosting a private event for a professional community that I have run for more than a decade. Room was clean and well furnished for the price. Staff was very cordial, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and the location was a short distance to many good eating areas, Stanford, and the Mountain View Caltrain station. Free continental breakfast was always fresh and good (fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee/orange juice). Would definitely stay again!

Quiet and clean, decent price, and close to everything. The parking is a bit rough, if you have a truck, leave it at home and bring your car. Overall, I would stay here again. Employees were polite and the room was clean, without any wierd smells! Showers are great with tons of pressure.

We unfortunately had a very bad experience with this hotel and could not recommend them simply because of the absolute lack of communication from their side. We made a reservation at 8 PM, unaware of the check-in limit until 9 PM, as this information was not mentioned on the hotel’s profile on the platform we used to book the room. A few minutes after the booking, I received a message asking about the estimated arrival time with the information that the hotel closes at 9 PM.
