Couldn't even make appointment! Front desk worker or office manager (I believe her name was Vanessa) erroneously said my referral paperwork was incorrect. That could not be farther from the truth. I called my insurance company with the office worker on the phone, and they assured her my form was correct, and she still didn't believe them! Completely infuriating! After seeing these horrific reviews online it's probably a blessing that I was never able to go here. Stay Away!!
Dr. Mostafavi is honestly one of the nicest and most professional Physician I have ever met with. He's honest, patient and really takes his time thoroughly. I never have to wait major minutes like other physicians. He's the best!
I posted the same review on Birds Eye and it keeps deleting it so beware of their five star review there. I have had asthma since I was a child. I recently moved to the area and needed a new doctor. We did a video call and the doctor seemed very intelligent and well-informed. When it came time to renew my prescription, the pharmacy said they couldn't get an answer from his office. Doctor Mostafavi was very nice, and most importantly, very competent. I was misdiagnosed by some doctor at the urgent care where I live. As my condition didn't improve, I went to see doctor Mostafavi who figured out what was wrong right away, gave me the right medication, and I was better within 2 days. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Mostafavi discovered my sister’s cancer 20 years ago and helped save her life. Since then he has been my very trusted and respected doctor. He is very professional and his staff are as well. I will recommend doctor Mostafavi to all my family members and friends.
