I went here for a mammogram check and found the experience a good one! I came here because the Marjorie E. Radin Breast Care Center (aka Clovis Community) was booked 3-4 months out. Now that I've been to both places, I plan to come here to St Agnes from now on. Parking is easy, the place is not crowded and they took me at my scheduled appointment time. The staff was friendly and professional. I also received a free water bottle and mask due to getting a check in Oct (Breast cancer awareness month).
My experience was absolutely amazing, there are not enough words to express how wonderful the ladies were that I worked with today. I am so grateful.
Incredible compassion and care from this place. I had to have a biopsy and they were with me the entire time. My nurse stayed and spoke with me during the procedure The doctor was very nice and funny which helped a lot. I have never felt so cared for by a medical establishment. If the need arises, this is where you need to be.
Saint Agnes Breast Center has zoomed from a 1 star rating to 5 stars since my experience in 2024. After decades of great service, last year I arrived at my confirmed appointment to a locked door with a sign stating, "We have moved" What?? No map, just a new address. (I couldn't help but picture an elderly grandmother with a walker...returning to her car...with no cell phone to find a map to the new office. Ugh!) I had a breast biopsy done on Wednesday 1/25/2023. Everyone here was so kind, supportive and comforting. Front desk Office staff, receptionist, registration personnel, medical assistants, radiologist. Special shout out to the lady who did the original mammogram that day. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but please see she gets credit for a great job and patient care she provided.
