She takes the time to listen carefully, making her patients feel comfortable and respected. I truly appreciate her patience and the high quality of care she provides. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, I moved to another city, and I truly wish she could move here or that I could have remained her patient. Best of luck, doctor! 🍀
This has been the most complicated experience I've ever had. I tried to schedule an appointment online, submitted all necessary documents and questions to streamline the process, and even contacted the scheduling department regarding my upcoming appointment. To my surprise, I was informed that I cannot keep my 4:30 PM appointment because I’m a new patient. I am new to the area and needed to establish a doctor so I made an appointment here for a wellness exam and physical. I have good insurance and told them up front in wanted to know any costs associated with my checkup before they do anything that would be associated with additional costs. They had me come in a first visit and really did nothing, then had me come back for a second visit for the actual wellness and physical. We are fortunate to have Avecinia and it's team of caregivers. My wife and I have used Avecinia for all of our primary care since 2010. Dr Hayat is a World Class doctor. She is compassionate, intelligent, and terrific at diagnosing the often puzzling symptoms my wife somtimes has. The nurse practitioner, Jesse, has the same qualities as Dr Hayat. She is at the top of her profession. We truly are lucky to have this team, along with all of the support staff. Sincerely, John
