Cancelled my appointment abruptly and advised I call to schedule a new appointment. I did just that and they told me they were not taking new patients (despite being an established patient here for years). No compassion and the woman I spoke to was horrible! Disappointed, this facility is a poor reflection of SAMC's otherwise exceptional care.

I’ve been coming to this office for the past 9 months since finding out I was pregnant, and have felt extremely well cared for! Not sure what’s with the negative reviews. I’ve always had my phone calls answered (other than lunch hours) and been greeted when I walk in. I have made an appointment Twice and both times they were canceled the day of. It already is hard getting in as a new patient I do not have medi-cal I pay for my own insurance. I spoke with Stephanie she let me know to just look for another place if I am not happy. No I am not happy that I relied on your services I trusted you not just once but twice, both times I was called the same day that the doctor was not going to be available. Horrible service! I was referred by my doctor to this office on September 7th and I never got a call. I had to call them on September 27th to check the status, apparently the doctor had yet to approve my referral. They said they’d call me as soon as she did, they never did! Ridiculous! So, I decided to call back today October 5th and was told a new story, now they said they were short staffed and that nobody was able to get to get to it, unbelievable! I went for my appointment today at 9:30am with Dr. Agrawal. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The majority of the nurses are completey rude, a older lady was sick in the restroom and needed help and they just left her in the bathroom. I went because I had issues with bleeding for 17 days, He asked if I wanted birth control I said no since it makes my hormones crazy and it makes me gain weight.
