Saint Agnes Home Health and Hospice was a God send, the best decision we made to help take care of our dad. They were very easy to reach, super attentive and responsive. And they really helped our dad receive warm, caring, and professional care. He was never so clean since he was under their care! Thank you St Agnes Home Health and Hospice!
St. Agnes Hospice has provided superior care to my sister in a skilled nursing facility. The hospice nurses have identified changes that have provided improved comfort for her. The social worker, volunteer visitor, and spiritual counselor have improved my sister’s quality of life in the care facility. While my sister’s care and comfort are primary, St. Agnes Hospice has communicated with me regularly, updating me on her circumstances and any issues that arise. My 98 year old mother is visited weekly by Manpreet (Hospice care) and she REALLY appreciates the visits. She feels cared for, concerned about, and looks forward to Manpreet visiting her each week. Knowing this is such an appreciated and valuable service gives me a great deal of peace of mind!
Such a great program! Everyone to include nurses and social workers and bathers were very caring and professional, listened to all of our concerns and treated us with compassion. I truly appreciate everyone for all their kindness and support! They truly make you feel like you are not alone during such a difficult time. Thank you all!!
