I was taken by ambulance to St Agnes on Dec 22, 2025. I had an asthma attack that scared the heck out of me. The ER Staff were absolutely awesome, along with the ambulance technicians. The doctor came in quickly and spoke with me about my health, then came back and explained what they were going to do for me. I was admitted quickly and given a room and closely monitored. Very pleasant experience, which is something I thought I’d never say about an ER. I went to Clovis community a few months ago because I had a back injury and it was awful. I left confused and like it was a waste of time. At Saint Agnes everyone kept asking me how I was feeling and so friendly. They explained everything. Had nursing staff who had knowledge of job duties. All staff verified identity before care. Kept checking on me and explained what they were doing to me everytime. Made my visit comfortable as possible. I like their system of care. Staff was knowledgable of my medical history, which made carw helpful. You always have staff looking out for you for safety. Walk In to greeting, all staff I was communicating with was nice & helpful. Waiting to get called to the back was a bit of a wait as expected from a busy hospital not no more then 2 hr wait, the nurse in the back was nice & very good with communication & doctor was nice and very understanding with my sensitivity of light & made sure I was comfortable. I say all in all I give a A+ with my experience there. Thanks for making my visit a good experience.
I have been in the ER multiple this past year, always for what has been a real emergency ( related to rather severe heart problems). I was always seen quickly, was always treated well by the staff, the Dr’s have been great, they have always been fast ordering all tests etc and starting treatment right away. I felt very comfortable feeling like everyone knew what they were doing. As many times I have been in the ER I’ve never been disappointed in the care I received, it has always been consistently excellent.
