I have been in the ER multiple this past year, always for what has been a real emergency ( related to rather severe heart problems). I was always seen quickly, was always treated well by the staff, the Dr’s have been great, they have always been fast ordering all tests etc and starting treatment right away. I felt very comfortable feeling like everyone knew what they were doing. As many times I have been in the ER I’ve never been disappointed in the care I received, it has always been consistently excellent.

My husband and I were in a car accident must say that the treatment that we received was the very best since Trinity health took over. The nurses were also so much more friendly then when trinity first took over. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital. Thank you so much for providing us such great care and such a trying time as it made us feel better knowing we were taken care of with so much compassion.

They have ZERO urgency. Came in with my pregnant girlfriend who was worried she was miscarrying and maybe possible ectopic pregnancy and they made us wait around for 3 hours even though we were almost the only people in there and then took blood work and urine test and made us wait for another two hours then my girlfriend complained to the front office people and asked for any sort of updates and finally got taken back again this time they did NOT allow me back there with her and the she waited back there on her own for anot... read more

Great care—attentive and compassionate; let me as daughter of patient to stay by my mom’s side throughout the night. They brought me a bed to sleep on by my mother’s side so she didn’t feel alone at any time. I rate 5 Stars for highest resting.

This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. During the six hours I was there, not a single trash can was emptied, the floors were visibly dirty, and I never once saw housekeeping staff. The lack of cleanliness was apparent from the moment I walked into the ED (ER), through triage, the CT area, and even at discharge. I witnessed staff drop items on the floor and leave them there.
