I did not feel comfortable with the Nurse Practitioner. She seemingly gave no real effort to connect with me as the patient and was very flat and mechanical in her affect. She summarily described where my steroid shot needed to be, and I did not have any sense she even looked at my MRI. On the front end, I had to wait 50 minutes from my demanded "arrival time", which was a half hour before my appointment. My doctor sent in a referral in to this pain clinic and the doctor there told the receptionist who contacted me they would not continue my medications before ever even reading my chart or meeting me, first words out of there mouth was what they refuse to do for me? Greatest customer service I’ve ever seen :) my experience was absolutely horrible and if your quality of life depends on a caring doctor who will help you continue your health journey this clinic ain’t it, go elsewhere….
Stay away from this clinic!. Most frustrating experience I’ve ever had!! Spent at least five months trying to make an appointment for severe back pain. Had my MRI sent over twice and they still claim they never received it. Promised to get it themselves a couple times and never heard anything back, ever! Got a referral to Idaho Pain and Spine and got a call immediately to schedule for two weeks out. Thanks for an awful experience!!
Dr. Williams and his entire staff gave me excellent care. They are still caring for me. Dr. Williams takes the time to listen to you, shows empathy and decides on a plan that he shares with you. You are part of the decision making which helps you feel valued. Nancy
After my referral, it took over 2 months until they could see me, and the scheduling itself was about 5 weeks before they could even discuss getting me on the calendar. I was ready to trash these guys, like quite a few of the others here, but things changed for me when I actually came in for my appt. It started with reception as they were friendly and personable.
